Quantum 852, The new flagship in the DiGiCo family, BIG on power, but with an eco-friendly heart!
Quantum 852 has been designed from the ground up. Familiar, yet different, and with improved audio quality via enhanced algorithms, Quantum852 delivers a massive leap forward in processing power. It is neatly packaged with 1000 nit LCD screens for full daylight operation and a newly designed worksurface, giving users the confidence that, true to the DiGiCo ethos, Quantum852 has been designed not just for now, but for the future. The console merges tried and tested workflows with immense processing muscle, bold innovation and all of the Quantum features, giving you the ultimate large format audio production mixing console.
The DiGiCo Quantum 852 is a dual engine, 384 channel mixing console with 52 physical faders and 3 x 21.3'' LCD high-resolution touchscreens. Combining the extraordinary might of five large-scale FPGAs, the Quantum 852 redefines digital mixing consoles.
With a maximum of 384 input channels, with 192 Aux / Sub-Group busses, plus the familiar LR / LCR / 5.1 Master busses. It comes with a 64 x 64 Processing Matrix, 36 Control Groups, two Solo busses, 64 FX Rack slots and 48 Graphic EQs. Also included as standard are Mustard Processing channel strips, Spice Rack plugin style native FPGA processing options, Nodal Processing and True Solo.

DMI Interface Options
The following DMI interfaces are available:
With the arrival of the new flagship, it couldn't provide anything but the best when it comes to connectivity.
Local I/O: Quantum 852's local I/O includes 12 Stadius 32 bit analogue inputs, 12 Stadius 32 bit analogue outputs and 12 Bit Perfect AES I/O
MADI: Quantum 852 offers 8 MADI in/out at 48kHz, which can also be configured as 4 redundant MADI I/O with full channel count at 96kHz.
Optocore: The Quantum 852 comes as standard with one Optocore fibre loop, which is 504 channels of audio; there can be up to 14 DiGiCo racks, or a combination of racks and tie-lines around the loop. There is also the option to upgrade to dual Optocore loops. That's 1008 Optocore channels of audio and 28 racks running.
DMI: We have also incorporated four dedicated DMI slots (two per engine) to accommodate the growing family of DiGiCo DMI card options. Allowing the console connectivity to be configured for the demand of the tour or event, you could plug in a Dante module, or the latest automatic mic mixing module. Each dedicated DMI slot provides you with an additional 64 x 64 I/O.
Waves: The Quantum 852 provides Waves connectivity as standard.
